Abseiling
|
Abseiling is done on Carrowmena climbing wall or Limavady Roe Valley Country Park. Abseiling is a quick and effective way of getting down a wall or rock face while the adrenalin is pumping throught your body. What goes up must come down, take a deep breathe lean back and you're on your way……just like that. |

Archery
|
Archery is done at Carrowmena Centre. So u fancy yourself as a bit of a robin hood…………… Archery is a sport for all ages and abilities. Participants will learn the parts of a bow and arrow and instruction on archery techniques and practise firing arrows at targets. There is always a competition at the end to bring out the competitiveness in everyone. |

Camp Crafts
|
Camp craft is done at Carrowmena or up on Binevenagh depending on weather. You will be taught skills and techniques for your survival in the wilderness, making shelter, building a fire and cooking food with the bare minimum of tools and equipment, fun but realistic way of surviving under the stars. It will bring the wild/adventurous side out in everyone. |

Canoeing
|
You and your friends will be kicked up with all the safety gear and can have a fun packed session on our sheltered pond in Myroe just off the Foyle River and learn all relevant strokes, go tandem or even single, what ever floats your boat! |

Climbing Wall
|
Climbing wall at Carrowmena, enjoy the thrill and the adrenalin rush of the blood pumping around your body whilst trying to scramble up the climbing wall, using different shapes of hand holes. Different challenges for different groups makes the competitiveness come out. After a few practices let the competition begin. |

Cycling
|
Cycle through Northern Ireland and you will be rewarded with incredible views of vast and varied landscapes, from dramatic coasts to patchwork fields that blanket the rolling hills. Bike hire and maps are available locally giving excellent information on cycle routes for both the touring cyclist and for those who want to take a short bike ride. |

Hill Walking binevenagh
|
Explore the ‘Area of outstanding and natural beauty’ Binevenagh. Groups will be taught about how to read maps and how to use a compass, walks can be tailored to suit individual group requirements. Night walks can be organised depending on groups ability. |

Kayaking
|
kayaking - Take your pick from a variety of sit in and sit on kayaks, you will be taught all the stokes and you will be going in a straight line in no time, and can put them all to practice when playing games, this is a very fun and wet activity for all abilities. |

Raft Building

Raft Building is a very fun and wet activity which is done at Myroe Pond. Working together as a team, participants are challenged to construct a raft using ropes, barrels and logs, and are challenged to paddle their craft through an obstacle course whilst racing each other. Fun games and challenges are organised for the more advanced paddlers |

Zip line

Zip Line Carrowmena. Participants build up self-confidence as they challenge themselves by being clipped into a harness and suspended off a wire as they slide down to the ground level. If your scared of heights you won't be after sliding do the zip line. |
